HostSellers takes care of all the hardware, software,
and systems infrastructure, while you take care of
managing your customers and domains. You continue
to provide your customers and their domains with
Tier I technical support while we provide you with
Tier II and higher support. Your customers never
contact us directly for support. This model keeps
you in full control over your client base and manages
to keep your costs down.
Using your VMS
Manager, you add, delete, and suspend domains.
You assign which applications, mailboxes, etc. as
you choose. A Billing Module allows you to invoice
and charge your customers credit cards. The VMS Manager
is your custom control panel to administer all your
domains. Each of your domains manages their own website
using our WebsiteOS
Control Panel.
VM Servers come in two platforms: the
Basic VM Servers and the Windows
Enhanced VM Servers Plus.
The difference between the two is that the VM Servers
Plus product line includes support for ASP.net,
ASP Server, and ColdFusion
MX applications. All VMS plans are hosted
