HOSTSELLERS' Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is provided to give our customers a clear understanding of what HOSTSELLERS proper and acceptable use of our service(s).

The use of HOSTSELLERS services represents acceptance and agreement to HOSTSELLERS' AUP as well as HOSTSELLERS' Terms of Service (TOS) and any other Policies as posted to our website.

We accept your use of our service; therefore we do not actively monitor activity under normal conditions.  Furthermore, we do not implement editorial control over the content of any Web site.  This includes Email sending, newsgroup or other material created or available over or through the services, except for certain proprietary websites.  However, in accordance with our Terms of Service, we hold full authority to remove any materials that, in our individual judgment, may be illegal, may subject us to liability or which may violate this Acceptable Use Policy.  HOSTSELLERS reserves the right to oblige with legal establishment and/or third parties in the examination of any suspected or alleged crime or civil wrongdoing. Violation of this AUP may result in the suspension or immediate termination of your HOSTSELLERS account and/or services.

We do not routinely monitor the activity of accounts except for measurements of system exploitation, possible security or fraud risks and the preparation of billing records. However, in our efforts to promote good citizenship within the Internet society, we will respond appropriately if we become aware of improper use of our service.

You may not use your hosting account to circulate matters, which HOSTSELLERS determines, at its sole prudence, to be illegitimate, licentious or abhorrent. For purposes of this policy, "matters" refer to all forms of connections including narrative descriptions, graphics (including photographs, illustrations, images, drawings and logos), executable programs, video recordings and audio recordings.

If a HOSTSELLERS account is used to violate our AUP or our TOS, we reserve the right to cease your service without notice. We prefer to advise customers of inappropriate activities and any necessary corrective action. However, blatant violations of the AUP will result in instantaneous termination of service. Our failure to implement this policy, for whatever reason, shall not be interpreted as a waiver of our right to do so at any time.

As a member of our hosting community, you must use your hosting account access responsibly.

VIOLATIONS OF HOSTSELLERS ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY:
The following represent violations of this AUP:

HATE CONTENT
Promotion of hate, discrimination, and intolerance, in any form, is not allowed. HOSTSELLERS will not accept or host websites dedicated to or containing content which promotes hatred and/or intolerance of or discrimination against groups or individuals based on race, colour, national or ethnic origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation or disability. By hosting with HOSTSELLERS, all Customers acknowledge and agree not to promote hatred on Internet websites hosted by HOSTSELLERS. Any and all websites found in violation of this Policy will be removed immediately, without prior notification to the hosting Customer. HOSTSELLERS reserves the right to turn over any and all such material to relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the jurisdiction in which the web site resides, or in the jurisdiction of the hosting Customer, or in the jurisdiction of HOSTSELLERS or the location of its Web Hosting equipment. Customers in violation of this Policy will not receive a rebate or reimbursement on hosting fees, in whole or in part.

ADULT CONTENT ("Porn")
HOSTSELLERS does not provide hosting services for Adult Content websites. All Customers agree not to store, transmit, or make available any images, audio clips or text containing sexually explicit material. Any and all websites found in violation of this Policy will be removed immediately, without prior notification to the hosting Customer. HOSTSELLERS will make the final decision in any dispute over unacceptable content. By hosting with HOSTSELLERS, all Customers agree to accept HOSTSELLERS' decision as to what is and is not adult-oriented content.

UNSOLICITED EMAIL ("Spam")
We reserve the right to revoke web hosting services at any time for abusive conduct on the system and/or the Internet and its resources as a whole. Sending spam (unsolicited Email) from a domain or about a domain is considered abuse of the system and will result in the termination of your account. Read our complete Spam Policy here.

ILLEGAL USE
HOSTSELLERS forbids the use of its services for illegal purposes such as the hosting and distribution of: pirated or cracked versions of commercial software (aka: warez); other copyright material (ie: mp3 files of music, photos, etc.).

FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
HOSTSELLERS forbids the use of its services to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items or services. Examples of such offers can include pyramid schemes and chain letters.
