Domain Name Renewals are the responsibility of the Domain Name holder/owner.

Automated renewal reminders will be sent via Email to the Email address listed as the registered Admin Contact and/or your account's Billing Contact. Regardless if a renewal reminder is sent or received, the account holder/registrant is fully responsible for ensuring that your Domain Name does not lapse.

Payment is due on or before the date of your domain name expiry or the Registrar will automatically suspend and ultimately delete your domain name registration.

Domain Redemption

Our price for Domain Redemption is $400.00 plus the cost of a domain renewal as listed here. The Domain Redemption fee is non-refundable.

If your domain name is in Redemption and you wish to attempt to reclaim it, please open a Support Ticket by logging into our Billing & Support Portal.

TIPS:
• Always keep your Administrative Contact information up-to-date.
• Ensure that you do not have spam filters blocking notices to the Admin Contact's Email.
• Consider registering/renewing for multiple years in advance.
